Design Therapeutics

Design Therapeutics was an adaptive reuse project. The building was originally designed for office space and required an experienced design team to convert it to a life science space. The program required 5,000 sf. for an open lab, two tissue cultures, consumables and shipping and receiving. The remaining 8,000 sf of space was utilized for open office space, a breakroom, conference rooms, lobby and private offices. The project was successful on multiple levels as the design team was able to provide all the services plus 500kw generator to create a life science laboratory.

Project completed by Matt Brady while at HED. Matt served as Principal-in-Charge.
