The project included building an ISO 8 gowning and tank room and an ISO 7 nanofabrication lab, with structural upgrades for vibration isolation zones for sensitive equipment. The ISO 7 space features an electrostatic dissipative floor and a gasketed ACT ceiling system. The lighting system has white and yellow modes for UV protection. The design included provided terminal HEPA filters with plenum return, designed for 60 air changes per hour. New mechanical systems are future-proofed to accommodate additional laboratories near the nanofabrication lab.
