This three-story, 81,000-square-foot Life Science building for Drawbridge Realty Trust combines modern design with practical performance. It includes large outdoor landscaped and paved areas, and features precast concrete panels with textured and sandblasted finishes that create a variety of visual experiences. The building uses energy-efficient materials and large windows to support sustainability and is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification. With 16-foot floor heights and 125 psf floor loading, it can easily support the mechanical and electrical systems needed for R&D uses.
