This two-story Life Science facility for Crinetics Pharmaceuticals exemplifies the fusion of modern design and technical performance. The building features highly articulated precast concrete panels, energy-efficient systems, and rooftop solar PV arrays, all contributing to its LEED Gold certification.
Expansive landscaped outdoor amenity areas enhance the campus experience, while the interior supports cutting-edge research with chemistry and biology laboratories, a vivarium, and purpose built infrastructure for advanced scientific work.
