This facility comprised of a build-to-suit 4-story, life sciences building for Eurofins Advantar Laboratories. The state of the art project was designed to provide a balanced work and wellness environment. The site maximizes FAR and outdoor amenity space. The design features outdoor spaces and experiences catering to individual and group working styles, as well as social gatherings, creating a “destination” work environment that prioritizes the experience of its inhabitants.
