Murphy Development Company’s 165,805 SF Scripps Ranch Technology Park (SRTP) is designed to connect teams to the outdoors, with direct access to jogging and biking trails, a eucalyptus forest, and Lake Miramar. The building features expansive indoor–outdoor workspaces that take advantage of the natural setting, along with large floor plates, 19' floor‑to‑floor heights, 32' clear height in the high‑bay area, (4) dock‑high doors, (4) grade‑level doors, and 125 lb. floor and roof loading to support adaptable, high‑performance lab and technology uses.
